NetCasters is a ten-week comprehensive study of the most important of all the disciplines: fishing for men. When Jesus called His first disciples, He called them to be fishers of men. When He gave the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20, He called us to be "soul-catchers." The class combines the techniques of a master teacher in the classroom with a trainer/trainee relationship in real soul-winning experiences. Each NetCaster is required to memorize a prescribed outline with transitional questions, memory verses, and illustrations that fit his own God-given personality. In addition to the class work, there are some inspiring reading assignments. All in all, when you complete this course, you should have "your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace."

The objective of the NetCaster program is five-fold:

To give the church a working picture of the work of God done only in the power of God.
To train faithful men and women to be effective soulwinners.
To lead men and women to Christ.
To train faithful men and women to disciple new converts.
To disciple the new converts that are a result of God's working.
